In Macerata, the beautiful historic center hosts a museum truly worth visiting, both adults and children, set up in one of the most beautiful historic buildings in the city, Palazzo Buonaccorsi, designed by the Roman architect Giambattista Contini.

Set up in natural places, i.e. in the basement floors, there are the ancient stables and the rooms where these ancient means of locomotion are displayed, from simple service wagons to the most luxurious state carriages.

There are twenty-four carriages in the collection with the help of truly evocative settings and with the most modern techniques, there is even a carriage which, with simulated movements and the voice of the deliveryman, awaits those who wish to experience the thrill of getting on it, with a virtual journey through the Marche landscapes.
Really interesting and worth visiting.
