Until June 27, 2021, the works of Luciano Ventrone, the recently deceased artist, can be admired at the Palazzo Ducale in Urbino.
The exhibition was curated by Vittorio Sgarbi.
Luciano Ventrone, famous throughout the world, has been defined as the jeweler-painter, the one who makes nature precious and sparkling, so real as to make it unlikely. Only light, only color and only "simple" painting.
Although it is an evident painting with refined details, it is nevertheless hidden, as Elemire Zolla says: "Everything we know, ignoring it"
